The North Shore is where a one-size install goes wrong. Usually, yes — these homes tend to have the roof space ducted needs. What changes is the design: zoning, outlet positions that suit high ceilings and the return-air location in a long hallway. Where the roof space is genuinely tight, a multi-head split system is the honest alternative and we will say so.
